As the nights grow longer and shadows dance under the ghostly glow of the moon, weā€™re summoning the platformā€™s top broadcasters for a spine-tingling three-day event. Compete for the coveted Gold Camera and a chance to join the eerie elite of YouNow Partners.


The Marathon is all about creativity and engagement. Showcase your unique content, whether itā€™s gaming, artistry, or talk shows, and connect with your audience in new and exciting ways. Remember, it's not just about likesā€”it's about crafting memorable experiences and building a loyal community.


Join us in celebrating the spirit of Autumn with thrilling competition, a supportive YouNow community, and a touch of Halloween magic. Whether you're participating or watching, prepare for an event packed with great streams, festive fun, and unforgettable moments. Letā€™s make this October a month to remember!


How Does the Marathon Work?

We will provide a list of qualified broadcasters along with a specific hashtag for this monthā€™s Marathon: these will be published here shortly before the start of the Marathon. Only those on the qualified list will be able to use the designated hashtag during their broadcasts and will be eligible for Partnership consideration. Participants will have 3 days to accumulate as many likes as possible to secure a position in the top 5 of the event leaderboard. Keep in mind, success is determined by the total number of likes you gather, not the speed at which you gather them. Aim high and make every like count!



Important Information for the Partner Marathon Event

  • No Support Requests Needed:Ā There's no need to contact Support for this event. We will automatically select the Top 5 Qualified Broadcasters based on the event leaderboard at the end of the Marathon.

  • This is not a PartnerMe Event: Unqualified users, regardless of their leaderboard position, will not be granted Partnership.

  • No Additional Slots:Ā We will not be adding extra slots to this event.

  • Qualification Criteria for Winners:Ā To be considered for Partnership, winners must:

    • Accumulate a minimum of 1,000,000 likes.

    • Be members of the English community.

    • Use the designated hashtag.

  • Confirmation Timeline:Ā We will strive to confirm new Partners as quickly as possible after the event concludes. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to update the blog post with the list of new Partners.

  • Timezone Awareness:Ā Ensure you account for timezones as Likes received after the Marathon ends will not be counted.

  • Conduct Expectations:Ā Unsportsmanlike behavior, including bullying or discouragement, will not be tolerated. Such behavior could result in a delay in receiving Partnership, action from Trust and Safety, or, in severe cases, disqualification from Partner status.

  • Eligibility Check:Ā If your name is not on the list, verify that you meet the requirements here. Please ensure you are in good standing with Trust and Safety and that your content language is set to English.

  • No Affiliation with Apple:Ā Please note that Apple is not involved in this challenge.
